Hybrid Media Hybrid Media is a Marketing and Publishing company, along with being a Business Strategy company as well. One thing that we quickly realized was that if we helped our clients to market themselves better, to develop better marketing strategies, if we helped them to develop solid advertising that turned heads and increased their business... all of this might be for nothing if the client can't afford to get out there and use it, if they couldn't afford to advertise and use the advice. If we controlled the media that our clients were using, then we could better control how much they would have to spend. Our goal was to at least cut in half what a client would spend to get themselves in front of a large number of potential customers. And to get them in front of more customers than they had ever been able to do before, at a price that would be unheard of.
Then the economy tanked, and Hawaii tourism began to drop.
So we backed up, waited and watched. We wanted to see what the tourism industry as a whole was going to do here in Hawaii. We wanted to see what businesses would do to get more of what was left of the tourism pie in Hawaii.
And things continue to change. Now the Hawaii Superferry is a thing of the past, just filing bankruptcy at the end of May 2009.
For those with businesses in the tourism industry, the need for effective exposure at the lowest cost possible... with as much added benefit as possible, is needed more than ever. And that's what Hybrid Media is about.
